Abstract: Objective To explore the factors influencing transition readiness in adolescents with chronic diseases by the meta-analysis. Methods Both of the Chinese databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM and English databases including PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science were searched by computer, and supplemented by manual search from inception to March 20,2022. The literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation were performed independently by two researchers. RevMan 5.3 and Stata 17.0 were included to perform meta-analysis. Results A total of 18 literatures were included, all of which were cross-sectional studies. The meta-analysis showed that the age, health literacy and self-efficacy were all influencing factors of transition readiness(r=0.38,0.34,0.48,95%CI:0.22-0.54,0.26-0.42,0.34-0.61,all P<0.05). Conclusion Age,health literacy and self-efficacy are influencing factors of transition readiness of adolescents with chronic diseases, and the targeted clinical transition programs based on this can be formulated to improve the transition readiness of adolescents with chronic diseases.
