Abstract: Objective To understand the occupational hazards generated during normal production in a biomedical product production project in Lanzhou City. Methods In August 2022,the occupational health field survey was carried out to understand the occupational health management situation of the enterprise, and the occupational health testing was carried out in the workplaces with occupational hazards in the enterprise. Results The chemical, physical and biological factors exposed to workers in all workplaces did not exceed the standards. The detection of occupational hazard factors showed that the maximum allowable concentration(MAC) of hydrochloric acid was <0.675 mg/m3,the time weighted average concentration(CTWA) of sulfuric acid was <0.314 mg/m3,the MAC of formaldehyde was 0.093 mg/m3,the concentration of short termexpose limit(CSTEL) was <0.55 mg/m3,the CSTEL of phenol was <0.16 mg/m3,and the equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours of the actual working hours of a day was 58.20-69.59 dB(A). Conclusion According to the Catalogue of Classification and Management of Occupational Disease Hazards, the project belongs to a general construction project with occupational hazards, and the occupational hazards of the project include noise, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, formaldehyde, acetic acid and phenol.
