Research progress of nutrition literacy assessment tools in the elderly

Abstract: With the acceleration of the aging process,more and more elderly people are facing age-related nutritional problems. Nutritional literacy,as an individual's ability to understand,obtain and apply relevant basic nutritional information,is an important factor affecting the eating habits of the elderly. This paper reviews the definition of nutritional literacy,model classification,and related contents of assessment tools for nutritional literacy of the elderly at home and abroad. In order to provide a reference basis for the development of nutritional literacy assessment tools for the elderly.
