Research progress on emotional exhaustion of medical staff in public health emergencies

Abstract: This paper reviews the current situation of emotional exhaustion of medical and nursing staff in public health emergencies,its negative effects and related influencing factors,aiming to clarify the emotional exhaustion of medical and nursing staff in public health emergencies,the seriousness of the consequences,the hazards and related influencing factors,so as to attract hospital managers and medical staff to pay attention to emotional exhaustion in the rescue process of public health emergencies,help overcome the negative effects of emotional exhaustion.In the rescue process of public health emergencies,it is necessary to better maintain the physical and mental health of medical staff,enhance the rescue ability of public health emergencies,andprovide reference for improving the rescue efficiency,to better protect the life and health of rescue personnel.
