Correlation analysis of occupational benefit and work-family support among anesthesiologists in Nanchang City

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of occupational benefit of anesthesiologists in Nanchang City,analyze its correlation with psychological resilience and work-family support. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate anesthesiologists in four hospitals in Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province from January to June 2022,and the data were analyzed. Results The score of occupational benefit of 118 anesthesiologists in Nanchang City was （91.64±15.12）points. The total score and dimension score of occupational benefit in anesthesiologists were positively correlated with total score and dimension score of psychological resilience（r=0.706-0.982,all P<0.01）,positively correlated with total score and dimension score of work-family support（r=0.761-0.980,all P<0.01）. The educational background,occupational identity,occupational stress,psychological resilience,and work-family support were the main influencing factors of anesthesiologists' occupational benefit（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The anesthesiologists in Nanchang City have a moderate level of occupational benefit,and psychological resilience and work-family support are protective factors for anesthesiologists' occupational benefit.
