Research progress on decent work perception of nurses

Abstract: The decent work perception refers to workers' individual perceptions of the extent to which their rights and interests are protected at work,and improving nurses' decent work perception can improve their sense of professional identity and reduce their turnover intention. The research on nurses' sense of decent work is still at an early stage in China,therefore,the paper reviews the progress of research on nurses' sense of decent work,introduces the assessment tools for measuring the sense of decent work,understands the factors influencing nurses' sense of decent work,and proposes strategies to effectively improve nurses' sense of decent work,so as to provide reference for nursing healthcare institutions and managers.
