Abstract: Objective In order to reduce the influence of matrix effect, atrazine was used as internal standard and Matrix curve was quantified in gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS). Methods The samples of Panax notoginseng were extracted with acetic acid-acetonitrile solution(1% acetic acid),with salting-out of magnesium sulfate and citrate, and eight kinds of pesticide residues were detected by GC-MS/MS. Results The linear range of eight pesticide residues detected by GC-MS/MS was 5-500 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998,the linear relationship was good. The limits of quantitation of eight pesticide residues were less than 10 μg/kg,the recoveries of eight compounds were 82.6%-116.7% ,and the relative standard deviation was 3.46%-8.37%. Conclusion The method has good selectivity and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the routine determination of eight herbicides and organophosphorus pesticide residues in Panax notoginseng.
