Abstract: The nursing team is an important part of health system in China. However, the number of nursing talents in China's nursing industry is relatively insufficient and unevenly distributed. How to reduce the turnover rate of nurses and attract nursing talents has become a key topic for nursing managers. The self-regulation fatigue can lead to the decrease of nurses' management behavior and the increase of turnover rate, and then affect the quality of nursing, which is not conducive to patient safety and nursing team building. At present, the research on self-regulation fatigue in China is mostly focused on patients with chronic diseases, and there are relatively few studies on nurses. The paper reviews the concept, theoretical framework, evaluation tools, current situation, influencing factors and consequences, and coping strategies of nurses ' self-regulation fatigue,in order to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate intervention programs to reduce nurses' self-regulation fatigue, and ultimately reduce the turnover rate of nurses and promote the development of nursing.
