Research progress in the application of positive psychology on the impact of nurses' job burnout

Abstract: Nursing staff are under great work pressure,have heavy job responsibilities and more likely to produce job burnout,that can reduce work efficiency,affect job satisfaction and patient safety. Therefore,how to alleviate nurse job burnout is worth exploring. From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper reviewed the literature of the current research status of nurse job burnout from the aspects of positive subjective experience,positive personality traits and positive social environment,aiming to further improve the job burnout of nurses,improve their mental health level,and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a systematic intervention program in the later stage.
