    Influencing factors of SF-36 scale on analyzing quality of life in patients with pneumoconiosis

    Objective To understand the current situation of the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis in Shandong Province,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for proposing effective countermeasures for improving the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods From December 2018 to January 2021,a convenient sampling method was used to select 526 patients with pneumoconiosis in six occupational disease prevention and treatment hospitals in five regions of Shandong Province as the research objects.The questionnaire survey on personal basic information and disease situation was conducted by using the self-made questionnaires and 36-item short form health survey(SF-36).The influencing factors of quality of life were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results The comprehensive physiological score of quality of life in patients with pneumoconiosis was (160.76±73.54)points,the comprehensive psychological score was (214.14±76.39)points, and the total score was (374.91±135.98)points.The average scores of the eight dimensions from high to low were social function[(68.23±28.60)points],mental health[(61.51±16.64)points],body pain[(59.66±20.75)points],vitality[(52.34±18.99)points],physiological function[(47.21±24.19)points],role emotion[(32.07±12.54)points],general health[(31.03±19.54)points] and role physical[(22.86±17.72)points],which all were lower than the national norms. The multiple linear regression results showed that dyspnea,limited physical activity,economic burden,self-care and family support significantly affected physiological health,while dyspnea,limited physical activity,financial burden,and self-care significantly affected mental health. Conclusions The patients with pneumoconiosis have a low quality of life,especially poor physical health.When intervening in the quality of life management of patients with pneumoconiosis,the impact of the patient's breathing difficulty grading,self-care,economic burden and activity ability should be fully considered.It is necessary to objectively and accurately assess the patient's condition,actively treat pneumoconiosis and coexisting diseases,strengthen disease education,improve patients' cognition,delay the progression of the disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.

    Objective To establish a method for the determination of 86 pesticides in drinking factory water by solid phase extraction(SPE)-ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). Methods According to the domestic and foreign drinking water sanitation standards,combined with the use of pesticides in China and the applicability of detection methods,86 pesticides were selected as the target analytes. The water sample pretreatment method and the multi-ion reaction monitoring(MRM) conditions of pesticides were optimized for method evaluation,and applied to the detection of pesticide residues in local factory water. Results The linear relationship of 86 pesticides within the range of 0.5-100 μg/L was good,with a correlation coefficient of 0.991 3-0.999 7,and a detection limit of 0.1-5.0 ng/L. The limit of quantification(LOQ) of 36 pesticides was 1 ng/L,29 pesticides was 2 ng/L,and 21 pesticides was 5 ng/L. The recovery rates of 86 pesticides at LOQ and above spiking levels were 59.5%-116.1%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.6%-40.1%. Conclusion This method is accurate and sensitive,and is suitable for the simultaneous detection of multiple types of pesticide residues in drinking water after actual sample testing.

    Objective To investigate the development of nuclear medicine in Chongqing,determine the number of nuclear medicine radiation workers,and conduct internal radiation dose monitoring for radiation workers engaged in iodine-131(131I) therapy within the jurisdiction. Methods In 2021,the iodine measuring instrument for thyroid internal irradiation was used to monitor the thyroid 131I activity and thyroid organ dose of all iodine treatment workers in Chongqing. Based on the work situation of the monitored person,the annual accumulated effective dose was estimated. Results There were a total of 89 iodine treatment workers from 14 hospitals in Chongqing,of whom 36 had detected 131I in the thyroid gland,with a detection rate of 40.4%. The activity of 131I in the thyroid gland was 2.65-925.02 Bq,with an average activity of(85.66±176.93)Bq. The dose activity of thyroid organs to be accumulated was 0.18-62.11 μSv,with an average dose of(6.64±12.21)μSv. The annual effective dosage range was 0.01-3.11 mSv,with an average dose of (0.29±0.59)mSv. Logistic regression analysis showed that technician position was the risk factor for the annual accumulated effective dose(P<0.05). Conclusions The detection rate of 131I in personnel and environment of some hospitals in Chongqing is relatively high,with 4 medical iodine treatment workers in the jurisdiction receiving an annual effective dose exceeding 1 mSv. Workplace and personal radiation protection should be strengthened to enhance radiation protection awareness among radiation workers.

    Objective To explore the influence of occupational noise exposure on blood test results of workers,so as to provide a basis for protecting occupational health of workers exposed to occupational noise. Methods A total of 547 workers exposed to occupational noise in a factory in Nanjing in 2021 were selected as the study objects(noise group),and 245 workers without noise exposure during the same period were selected as the control group,and the overall levels and abnormalities of blood routine,liver and kidney function,blood glucose,blood lipid,gastrointestinal tumor markers,pepsinogen Ⅰ and Ⅱ were analyzed and compared between the two groups. The noise group was divided by working age(1-<11,11-<21,≥21 a),and the difference and abnormal condition of blood test results among different working-age groups were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of white blood cell(WBC)[(7.06±1.82)×109/L],alanine aminotransferase(ALT)[(37.32±28.50)U/L],total bilirubin(TBIL)[(12.65±5.14)μmol/L],urea[(5.01±1.11)mmol/L],uric acid(UA)[(376.88±92.74)μmol/L],glucose(GLU)[(5.66±1.55)mmol/L],triglycerid(TG)[(1.96±2.14)mmol/L],total cholesterol(TC)[(4.76±0.96)mmol/L],carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)[(4.69±13.19)U/mL] and pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ)[(128.03±22.39)ng/mL] and Ⅱ[(17.41±9.55)ng/mL] in noise group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of red blood corpuscle(RBC)[(5.14±0.46)×109/L],platelets(PLT)[(203.42±50.67)×109/L] and total protein(TP)[(72.40±5.51)g/L] in noise group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05). The abnormal rates of RBC,PLT,ALT,BUN,UA,GLU,TG,TC,CA72-4 and PG Ⅰ and Ⅱ in noise group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05). With the increase of working age,the levels of ALT,UA,GLU,TC,PG Ⅰ and Ⅱ in noise group were increased,while the levels of RBC,PLT and TP were decreased,the levels of BUN and TG were the highest in the group of 11-<21 a. The abnormal rates of BUN,GLU,TC and PG Ⅱ had an increasing trend with the increase of working age(all P<0.05). The abnormal rates of RBC,PLT,ALT,UA,TG were the highest in the group of 11-<21 a. Conclusion Long-term occupational noise exposure has an effect on blood test results. The levels of RBC,PLT,ALT,BUN,UA,GLU,TG,TC and PGⅡ can be used as non-specific blood indexes to evaluate noise exposure.
    Mediating effects of risk susceptibility perception between back-office and field tasks and anxiety level in employees in papermaking and related industries

    Objective To understand the current situation of risk perception and each dimension,somatization,depression and anxiety of back-office and field employees in papermaking and related industries,explore the mediating effects of risk susceptibility perception between back-office and field tasks and anxiety level in employees in papermaking and related industries. Methods From January to March 2022,a total of 818 employees in papermaking industry and related industries serving the papermaking industry were selected in this survey. They were investigated with the self-designed basic information questionnaire,risk perception scale,and three factors of somatization,depression and anxiety in SCL-90 scale. The SPSS 24.0 was used for general data,correlation and difference analysis,and PROCESS 3.4 plug-in in SPSS was used for intermediary effect analysis. Results The total score of risk perception in 818 employees was (17.58±5.64)points,the seriousness score was (6.23±2.65)points,susceptibility score was (4.80±1.71)points,and controllability score was (6.55±2.40) points. The total score of SCL-90 somatization was (2.51±3.84)points,total score of depression was (3.50±5.32)points,total score of anxiety was (2.46±3.77)points. There was a positive correlation between risk susceptibility and back-office and field tasks and anxiety level(r=0.107, 0.260,both P<0.01). The risk susceptibility played a complete intermediary role between back-office and field tasks and anxiety level,and the mediating effect accounted for 100.00%. Conclusions The risk susceptibility perception score of field employees is higher than that of back-office employees. The risk susceptibility perception can affect the anxiety level of employees,and risk susceptibility perception plays a complete mediating role between back-office and field tasks and anxiety level. The enterprise managers and social support should focus on improving tolerance range of risk susceptibility perception among field employees,to reduce its impact on anxiety level. Moreover,special attention is needed to be paid to the changes in the mental state of field staff upon their return from the field,with more care and assistance to reduce the physical and mental impact from high risk susceptibility perception.

    Objective To investigate hand-transmitted vibration(HTV) exposure level and occupational health management status of riveting and grinding workers in aerospace equipment manufacturing industry,so as to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational arm vibration disease(OHAVD) and provide guidance for enterprises to implement occupational health management. Methods From March to September 2022,118 aerospace equipment manufacturing enterprises were investigated,enterprises with riveting and grinding operations were selected as the research objects,the exposure intensity of operators to HTV was tested,occupational hygiene survey was conducted on the job site,and the measurement and investigation results were analyzed. Results Among the 118 aerospace equipment manufacturing enterprises,there were 20 enterprises involved riveting process,of which 2 enterprises tested the strength of HTV,accounting for 10%.The riveting operation mainly occurs in the general assembly and assembly links,involving 156 operators.All workers had self-conscious symptoms of HTV exposure such as hand numbness and hand pain.There were 57 enterprises with grinding process,and 10 enterprises organized to test strength of HTV at grinding operation posts,accounting for 17.5%.Grinding mainly occurs in welding,bonding and other supporting processes,and some in polishing,deburring and other post-treatment processes.619 operators were involved,of which 248 workers self-conscious symptoms of HTV exposure such as hand numbness and hand pain,accounting for 39.7%,and women had significant subjective symptoms. Among the investigated enterprises,only 2 enterprises organized workers exposed to HTV to undergo occupational health examination,and no abnormal results related to occupational exposure were found. The HTV strength measurement results showed that the HTV strength ahw(4) of workers in riveting workplace ranges from 0.47-33.09 m/s2,and the over-standard rate was 33.3%. The measurement range of HTV strength ahw(4) of workers in grinding workplace was 0.012-7.64 m/s2,and the over-standard rate was 5.56%. Conclusions HTV is one of the main occupational hazards in riveting and grinding operations of aerospace equipment manufacturing industry,which should be paid attention to by enterprise managers and workers. Enterprises can explore the use of welding instead of riveting process,vibration reduction for grinding equipment design handle,and workers equipped with special vibration isolation gloves to reduce the harm of HTV. The HTV detection rate and occupational health inspection rate in riveting and grinding work sites of aerospace equipment manufacturing industry are low,so the HTV detection rate and occupational health inspection rate of personnel in riveting and grinding work sites should be increased.

    Objective To study the consistency between the results of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) in the determination of aluminum in food. Methods 0.2-0.3 g of a portion of rice flour was weighed and added into 8 mL nitric acid for microwave digestion. After ultrasonic acid removal,the samples were quantitatively transferred into a 25 mL volumetric flask with pure water,and determined by ICP-OES and ICP-MS respectively. The uncertainty of the results of the two methods was evaluated. Results The determination result using ICP-OES was 16.0 mg/kg,and the uncertainty evaluation showed that the result and the expanded uncertainty was (12.1±3.6)mg/kg,k=2. The determination result using ICP-MS was 12.4 mg/kg,and the uncertainty evaluation showed that the result and the expanded uncertainty was (12.4±5.4)mg/kg. The possible distribution range of the results measured by ICP-OES method was 8.5-15.7 mg/kg,and the possible distribution range of the results measured by ICP-MS was 7.0-17.8 mg/kg. The distribution of the results measured by ICP-OES method was completely included in the distribution range of the results measured by ICP-MS method. Conclusion The results of determination of aluminum in food by ICP-OES and ICP-MS are consistent after uncertainty evaluation and recovery correction.
    Ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination of 16 phthalate esters in fine particulate matter in ambient air

    Objective To establish a rapid detection method for 16 phthalate esters(PAEs) in ambient air fine particulate matter(PM2.5) by ultrasonic extraction ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were collected onto a quartz filter membrane by a sampler equipped with the PM2.5 cutting head. By comparing the extraction efficiency of different extraction solutions,selecting the appropriate extraction solution for ultrasonic extraction of the sample,comparing the separation effect and retention time of three chromatographic columns,16 types of PAEs were detected using ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and quantified using internal standard method to obtain indicators such as linearity and detection limit. An appropriate amount of standard was added to the quartz filter membrane to evaluate the recovery rate and precision of the method. Results The linear range of 16 PAEs compounds was within the range of 0.5 to 200 ng/mL,and all had good linear relationships,with R>0.995 0. Comparing the extraction effects of 50% methanol aqueous solution,50% acetonitrile aqueous solution,methanol and acetonitrile on the samples with the concentration of 10,50,100 μg/L after spiked,the average recovery of standard addition(n=3) was 71.45%-126.8%,51.71%-124.40%,68.62%-210.3% and 84.08%-110.28%. When using acetonitrile solvent for extraction,the recovery rates of three parallel samples were the most stable,and the recovery rates of 16 PAEs were all between 80% and 120%.When using T3 chromatographic column,all 16 PAEs were separated within 15 minutes,and the separation effect was better. The method precision was ≤7.95%,the detection limit was between 0.001 and 0.077 ng/m3,and the recovery rate was 83.8%-117.6%. Using this method,PM2.5 samples(n=9) collected from the same outdoor sampling point in Shanghai from November to December 2021 at different periods were detected. A total of 7 phthalate ester compounds were detected,of which 5 had a detection rate of 100%,namely dimethyl phthalate(DMP)(0.26-6.39 ng/m3),diethyl phthalate(DEP)(0.96-2.04 ng/m3),and diisobutyl phthalate(DiBP)(9.46-63.40 ng/m3),dibutyl phthalate(DBP)(2.52-44.60 ng/m3) and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP)(6.29-59.40 ng/m3). Conclusion The spiked recovery rate of this method is stable,the detection limit is low,and the accuracy and sensitivity are high. The pre experimental processing steps are simple and the analysis time is short,which can be used for the detection of phthalate esters in PM2.5.

    Objective To determine the content of 14 kinds of metal elements(lithium,beryllium,vanadium,chromium,nickel,cobalt,copper,arsenic,molybdenum,cadmium,antimony,thallium,lead and aluminum) in edible fungus by inductively coupled plasma-optical emissionspectrometer(ICP-OES) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer(ICP-MS) and consequently evaluate their correlation. Methods A total of 80 samples of edible fungus were collected from 16 districts in Beijing from 2019 to 2020,and treated with nitrification and microwave digestion after crushing and mixing. ICP-OES was used to determine total aluminum content and ICP-MS was used to determine other metal elements content. And the data were analyzed. Results Among all the elements in 80 samples,the contents of aluminum,copper and chromium were higher,ranging 85.300-1 624.000,1.551-6.530 and 0.060-4.728 mg/kg,respectively. The contents of other elements were low,ranging 0.000 8-1.399 0 mg/kg. The content of each element in different samples showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The cobalt,vanadium,nickel and chromium were positively correlated with each other,and the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.61 to 0.93. There were also significant positive correlations among arsenic-cobalt,lead-thallium and aluminum-beryllium/vanadium/cobalt,with correlation coefficients >0.6. No significant negative correlation was found among the elements,with correlation coefficients >-0.1. Conclusions The edible fungus is abundant in element content. The contents of total arsenic,lead and cadmium do not exceed the limits of pollutants in food according to the National Food Safety Standards:Limit of Pollutants in Food(GB 2760-2017),which indicated low health risk. The content of aluminum,copper and chromium in all elements is relatively high. For more attention would be paid to the health risk. Most metal elements have a positive correlation with each other. No significant negative correlations were found among the tested 14 elements.

    Objective To explore the mediating effect of workplace bullying on the relationship between nurses' perceived social support and organizational silence,so as to provide basis for improving nurses' organizational silence. Methods A total of 235 nurses were selected from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi'an City by convenience sampling from April to May 2022. The general demographic survey scale,workplace bullying scale,perceived social support scale and organizational silence scale were used for questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of organizational silence,perceived social support and workplace bullying of nurses were (51.99±17.99),(60.94±14.36) and (35.64±13.06)points. The perceived social support was negatively correlated with organizational silence(r=-0.297,P<0.01),and workplace bullying was positively correlated with organizational silence(r=0.605,P<0.01). The workplace bullying has a complete mediating effect between nurses' perceived social support and organizational silence(β=-0.21,P<0.01),accounting for 87.5% of the total effect. Conclusion The workplace bullying is a mediating variable between nurses' perceived social support and organizational silence,so the hospital managers should take effective intervention methods to reduce workplace bullying and improve nurses' perceived social support,so as to reduce the organizational silence of nursing staff.
    Investigation of emotional domain ability among interventional room nurses in Sichuan Province

    Objective To understand the status of emotional domain ability among interventional room nurses in Sichuan Province,analyze its influencing factors. Methods From January to May 2022,the nurses in the intervention room of Sichuan Province were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,the nurses' affective ability scale and the management care assessment scale,and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 198 interventional room nurses in Sichuan Province were investigated. The score of emotional domain ability among them was (91.46±13.45)points,and manager care score was (117.67±12.46)points. There was a positive correlation emotional domain ability and manager care among interventional room nurses in Sichuan Province(r=0.636,P<0.01). The main factors affecting the emotional domain ability of nurses in the intervention room were manager care,educational background, working years,professional title and age(β=0.252-0.358,all P<0.05). Conclusions The emotional domain ability of nurses in the intervention room in Sichuan Province is at a moderate to upper level. The medical institutions should provide more care to nurses in nursing work from the perspective of manager care,and focus on the emotional domain ability of nurses with lower education,shorter working years,lower professional titles,and younger age,so as to identify the factors that affect their emotional domain ability in time,actively take response measures,and further improve the emotional domain ability level of intervention room nurses.

    Objective To investigate the status quo of workplace bullying,mental health and adversity quotient of nurses,and explore the relationship between workplace bullying,adversity quotient and mental health,so as to provide reference for preventing and reducing the occurrence of workplace bullying and improving the level of mental health of nurses. Methods A total of 960 nurses from seven hospitals in Yangzhou City were selected by convenience sampling method in April 2022. The general data questionnaire,negative acts questionnaire revised(NAQ-R),nurses' stress quotient self-assessment scale and 12-item general health questionnaire(GHQ-12) were used to conduct the survey. Results The total score of NAQ-R was [30.00(25.00,36.00)]points,the total score of adversity quotient was [(129.37±36.29)]points,and the total score of GHQ-12 was [8.00(6.00,10.00)]points. The correlation analysis results showed that the total score of NAQ-R was positively correlated with the total score of GHQ-12 and total score of adversity quotient,while the total score of GHQ-12 was positively correlated with the total score of adversity quotient(all P<0.01). The adversity quotient had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between workplace bullying and mental health of nurses,and the mediating effect accounted for 56.7% of the total effect. Conclusions Nurses' mental health is in the middle level,the workplace bullying can directly affect the mental health of nurses,as well as indirectly affect their mental health through adversity quotient. The nursing managers can improve nurses' adversity quotient through training to prevent or reduce the occurrence of workplace bullying among nurses,thereby improving their mental health level.

    Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the quality of life of nurses in a nursing home under a group. Methods A total of 153 caregivers from three nursing homes in Shenzhen of a group were randomly selected from February to April 2022,a self-assessment scale survey of nursing staff was conducted using a general condition questionnaire and the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey(SF-36). The data collection and analysis were carried out using Excel 2016 software and SPSS 26.0 software,and statistical analysis was performed by t-test,one-way ANOVA,and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results A total of 153 nurses were investigated,with a total score of (70.50±7.34)points,a score of (74.81±9.75)points in the field of physical health,and a score of (68.07±7.09)points in the field of mental health. The one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that gender,marital status,sleep quality,dietary status,salary satisfaction,and night shifts were the main influencing factors on the quality of life of nursing home workers(all P<0.05). Conclusions The quality of life of nursing staff in nursing homes is low and needs to be further improved. The group should appropriately increase the male proportion of the nursing team,strengthen psychological counseling for nurses,appropriately improve the salary level,improve the performance appraisal system and improve performance awards,pay attention to employee care,and appropriately distribute employee benefits.

    Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of sexual knowledge,sexual concept,sexual psychology among military personnel stationed in a certain department of Tibet,so as to provide reference for further sexual health education and intervention of sexual psychology. Methods The self-made and unregistered questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of 260 officers and soldiers stationed in a certain department of Tibet in May 2020. Results 20.8% of military personnel held that "spermatorrhea can hurt their vitality",5.8% of them believed that "moderate masturbation is still harmful",and about 50.0% of them did not know the correct contraceptive methods. There were statistically significant differences in the sexual knowledge among military personnel with different demographic characteristics. The mastery of sexual knowledge in military personnel who are only child was higher than those of non only child,the mastery of sexual knowledge in military personnel from urban area was higher than that in those from rural area,the mastery of sexual knowledge in married personnel was higher than that in unmarried personnel,the mastery of sexual knowledge in Han nationality personnel was higher than that in those of ethnic minorities,and the mastery of sexual knowledge in military personnel with high school education or above was higher than that in those with junior high school education(χ2=4.396,5.900,18.189,6.806,7.157,all P<0.05). The sexual concept of military personnel stationed in a certain department of Tibet had its particularity,among which 48.9% maintained that "sex can take place as long as resonance between two lovers",43.5% argued that "premarital sex will be tried if there is an opportunity to serve",and 51.2% believed that "sex and marriage are two different things". 11.2% agreed that "I like to change girl(boy) friends frequently" and 14.7% agreed that "I can have multiple sexual partners at the same time". In terms of sexual psychology,60.0% of military personnel stationed in a certain department of Tibet had a strong desire to communicate with the opposite sex,but 55.4% of them held that they lacked the skills to communicate with the opposite sex of the same age. 3.5% of them liked to see the same sex naked,and 13.8% of them didn't like their own gender. There were 18.1% of the military personnel stationed in Tibet who often doubt that their sexual function has problems,and 10.0% of them who often doubt that their reproductive function has problems. As far as the answer of "I lack communication skills with the opposite sex of the same age" is concerned,the military personnel stationed in Tibet with Han nationality were more than those with minority nationality,the military personnel stationed in Tibet from urban region were more than those from rural region,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.402,17.770,both P<0.05). The military personnel stationed in Tibet of different education level had a great difference in this answer,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=3.603,P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the answers of "I often doubt that I have sexual function problems" and "I often doubt that I have reproductive function problems" among military personnel stationed in Tibet with different demographic characteristics(P>0.05). Conclusions There are some problems in sexual knowledge,sexual concept and sexual psychology of military personnel stationed in a certain department of Tibet. It is necessary to strengthen sexual knowledge education and counseling of sexual psychological problems,strengthen gender communication,psychological counseling of marriage and love,and shape correct concept,to ensure ideological stability of officers and soldiers and the smooth completion of defense tasks.

    Objective To investigate the current situation of disaster preparedness of medical personnel in Jiangxi Province and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving disaster preparedness of medical personnel. Methods A self-designed disaster preparedness questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of disaster preparedness among 2 401 medical personnel from seven cities in Jiangxi Province using a random sampling method in February 2021,and the data were analyzed. Results The disaster preparedness score of 2 401 medical personnel in Jiangxi Province was (220.09±38.98)points, which was above the middle level. The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in disaster preparedness ability scores and total scores among medical personnel with different marital status(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of disaster preparedness knowledge,skills,abilities,and total scores among medical personnel with different working years,types of work units,work departments,whether they have participated in disaster rescue events,whether they have participated in rescue related training,whether they have paid attention to disaster rescue related reports,whether their units have organized relevant training,and whether their families support participating in disaster rescue work(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of disaster preparedness skills,ability and total scores among medical personnel whether they are willing to participate in relevant training(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of disaster preparedness among medical personnel whether they are willing to actively participate in medical rescue(all P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,working departments,whether they had participated in disaster rescue events,whether they had participated in disaster rescue related training,whether they paid attention to disaster rescue related reports,whether their units organized relevant training,whether they are willing to take the initiative to participate in training,and whether their families supported participating in disaster rescue work were all influential factors for medical personnel's disaster preparedness(all P<0.05). The medical personnel who have participated in disaster rescue related training,frequently follow disaster rescue related reports,are willing to actively participate in rescue,have family support to participate in disaster rescue work,and frequently organize relevant training in their units have higher disaster preparedness. The higher the length of service,the lower the disaster preparedness of medical personnel. Conclusion The disaster preparedness of medical personnel in Jiangxi Province needs to be improved,and hospital managers need to strengthen disaster rescue training for medical personnel.

    Objective To explore the nursing work pressure and sleep quality of nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi,analyze the effect of nursing work pressure on sleep quality. Methods From January to May 2022,319 nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaire,nurse tress scale(NSS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The NSS score and PSQI score of 319 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi were (92.25±22.81) and (14.23±3.28)points,respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the total score and each dimension score of NSS and PSQI(P>0.05),that is,the greater the nursing pressure of nurses,the more serious the sleep problem. The number of children,nursing title,working department,nature of employment and night shift frequency had significant effects on the score of NSS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing work pressure was an important influencing factor of sleep quality,which could explain 31.5% of the variation of sleep quality. Conclusion The higher the level of work stress,the worse the sleep quality of nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi,and nursing managers should provide psychological and social support to nurses through a variety of strategies to improve their work stress,so as to promote their long-term health outcomes.

    Objective To investigate the relationship between the nursing work environment and nurse-assessed quality nursing care and the mediating effect of health-promoting behaviors,so as to provide a reference for managers to formulate targeted measures to improve quality nursing care. Methods In January 2022,a total of 824 nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Beijing and Xi'an were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling,respectively. The nurses' general information questionnaire,nursing work environment scale,health-promoting behaviors scale,and quality nursing care scale were used for the questionnaire investigation. The structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating effect of health-promoting behaviors between the nursing work environment and nurse-assessed quality nursing care. Results The score of the nursing work environment,health-promoting behaviors and nurse-assessed quality nursing care was (3.39±0.51),(3.13±0.52) and (4.64±0.51) points,respectively. The nursing work environment,health-promoting behaviors,and nurse-assessed quality nursing care were positively correlated(r=0.426-0.642,all P<0.05). The structural equation model showed that the nursing work environment had a direct positive predictive effect on nurse-assessed quality nursing care(β=0.507,P<0.05),the health-promoting behaviors had a partial mediating effect on nurse-assessed quality nursing care(β=0.096,P<0.05),and the mediating effect accounted for 15.9%. Conclusion The nursing managers should build a healthy nursing work environment conducive to the participation of nurses and promote the overall health-promoting behaviors of nurses,especially the participation in hospital affairs and physical activities so that nurses can better provide high-quality nursing services for patients.

    Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of nurses' work engagement in a county-level tertiary A hospital in Fuyang City of Anhui Province. Methods From February to March 2022,a convenient sampling method was used to select 680 nurses for a survey on general information,nursing work environment,and work engagement. Results The average score of nurses' work engagement was (4.71±1.03)points,which was above the medium level. Multiple regression analysis showed that whether emergency department or ICU department,accreditation atmosphere,professional autonomy,and sufficient manpower were independent influencing factors for nurses' job engagement in county-level tertiary A hospital(all P<0.05),and could explain 43.2% of the changes in job engagement. Conclusions The work engagement of nurses in a county-level tertiary A hospital in Fuyang City of Anhui Province is at a moderate to upper level.Nursing managers should optimize the nursing work environment,actively create an atmosphere of recognition,and support the work autonomy of nurses in a targeted manner,so as to further improve the work engagement level of nurses in the county-level tertiary A hospitals.

    Objective To investigate the relationship between the prevalence of allergic rhinitis and the indoor environment of the living room in preschool children in Haikou City. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 3 049 preschool children from eight kindergartens in Xiuying District and Longhua District of Haikou City from December 2020 to January 2021,and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire,the core questionnaire and survey and research questionnaire on building dampness and health of the international study of asthma and allergies in childhood(ISAAC). Results The prevalence of allergic rhinitis among 3 049 preschool children in Haikou City was 7.15%. The multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.272,95%CI:1.100-1.470),only child(OR=1.547, 95%CI:1.152-2.077),family history(OR=3.658,95%CI:2.692-4.971),mildew and water damage on the floor and wall in the one year before pregnancy(OR=1.506,95%CI:1.020-2.221),newly renovated house when children are aged 0-1 years old(OR=1.712, 95%CI:1.013-2.893),new furniture within the last 12 months(OR=1.437,95%CI:1.017-2.030),feeling damp air(OR=1.398, 95%CI:1.044-1.873) were risk factors for rhinitis,and gender(OR=0.669,95%CI:0.499-0.898) was protective factor for allergic rhinitis(P<0.05). Conclusions The prevalence of allergic rhinitis is higher in preschool children aged 6-7 years old. The prevalence of allergic rhinitis in female preschool children is lower than that in male preschool children,and the prevalence of allergic rhinitis in only child is higher than that in non-only child. The children with a family history of allergic rhinitis are more likely to be affected. The damp air in the indoor environment,mildew and water damage on the floor and wall,and new decoration and new furniture are risk factors for allergic rhinitis in preschool children. The parents should pay attention to the ventilation and cleanliness of children's rooms in daily life,and try to avoid preschool children living in newly renovated houses with new furniture or choose healthy and environmentally friendly materials in the process of decoration and purchase of furniture.

    Objective To explore the distribution of strontium mineral springs in Shennongjia Forest Region,provide theoretical basis for further development. Methods In May 2018,on-site visits and review of map data were conducted to determine sampling points,and 415 water samples from eight villages and towns in the forest district were collected from May to December,including surface water,shallow groundwater(natural gushing spring water) and deep groundwater(source water of a mineral water plant). The strontium content of water samples was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Except for two water samples,the others were all clear and transparent without visible impurities. The test results showed that 26.63% of water samples contained strontium content ≥0.1 mg/L,and 11.13% of water samples contained strontium content ≥0.2 mg/L,which is mainly distributed in Jiuhu and Hongping Town,roughly east-west direction. There was no statistically significant difference in strontium content between surface water and shallow groundwater(P>0.05). Conclusions The strontium contents of surface and shallow groundwater in Shennongjia are fall in safe limit. The water samples with high strontium content may be related to geological structures. Shennongjia has the potential to form strontium mineral springs,which needs to be verified by further exploration.

    Objective To explore the effects of stress on sleep of college students and the moderating effects of security and self-concealment,and to further understand the mechanism of stress on sleep of college students. Methods From January to February 2022,467 college students of Xinxiang Medical College in Xinxiang City,which were conveniently sampled by the convenient sampling method,were surveyed by the Athens insomnia scale,the Epworth sleepiness scale,stress response questionnaire,security questionnaire and self-concealment scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The college students scored (65.16±22.91)points on stress,(4.12±3.65)points on insomnia,(9.12±5.58)points on sleepiness,(61.1±15.24)points on security,and(31.3±11.38)points on self-concealment. The stress was positively correlated with insomnia and drowsiness(r=0.468,0.285,both P<0.01),security played a regulating role between stress and insomnia,sleepiness(β=0.247,0.247,both P<0.01),and self-concealment played a regulating role between stress and insomnia(β=0.119,P<0.01). Conclusions The college students with high stress are more likely to have sleep disorders such as insomnia and sleepiness. The lower the sense of security,the more likely the stress is to cause insomnia and sleepiness. The higher the level of self-concealment,the more likely the stress is to cause insomnia.

    Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of medical knowledge among different groups of college students,and explore the methods of carrying out health education courses related to medical knowledge in accordance with their understanding level and systematic norms,so as to provide reliable theoretical basis for the development of comprehensive health education model for college students. Methods A self-compiled questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey of 645 college students in Chengdu City from May to September in 2020,and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results In terms of basic medication knowledge,the gender and household registration were significantly positively correlated with knowledge of basic medication(β=0.448,0.338,OR=1.565,1.402,both P<0.05).In terms of emergency first aid knowledge,the gender was positively correlated with knowledge of emergency first aid(β=0.376,OR=1.457,P<0.05).In terms of common infectious diseases knowledge,the gender and household registration were significantly positively correlated with knowledge of common infectious diseases(β=0.599,0.334,OR=1.821,1.397,both P<0.05).97.7% of students believed that it is necessary to carry out health education courses related to medical knowledge in colleges and universities,of which the largest demand for courses on basic medical knowledge and first aid knowledge was 83.7% and 83.3%,respectively. Conclusions There are misunderstandings in the common sense of medication and the understanding of medical devices by college students,and the understanding of highly specialized first aid knowledge and hepatitis B is vague and lacking,and they have an urgent need for health education related to medical knowledge.The universities should actively guide and reasonably expand the model and content of health education,and many parties in society should strengthen the comprehensive management of drugs and medical devices and the publicity of common diseases.

    Objective To investigate the current situation of vocational nursing students' sense of professional mission, career adaptability and academic engagement,analyze the relationship among them,and explore the mediating effect of career adaptability on the relationship between sense of professional mission and academic engagement. Methods From April to August 2022,1 175 nursing students in a vocational college in Fujian Province were investigated with the sense of professional mission scale, career adaptability scale and academic engagement scale. The structural equation model was used to verify the mediating effect of career adaptability on the relationship between sense of professional mission and academic engagement. Results The total score of sense of professional mission,career adaptability and academic engagement was (42.94±6.51),(95.96±11.71) and (89.64±15.83)points,respectively. The univariate analysis showed that the differences were statistically significant in the scores of sense of professional mission,career adaptability and academic engagement among nursing students with different grade,place of origin,only child,family residence,student cadres,reasons for choosing nursing major,and social part?time experience(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of sense of professional mission and academic engagement among nursing students whose part?time work is related to their major or not(all P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the score of sense of professional mission among nursing students whose parents have received higher education or not(P<0.05). The sense of professional mission was positively correlated with career adaptability and academic engagement(r=0.563,0.577,both P<0.01), and career adaptability was positively correlated with academic engagement(r=0.588,P<0.01). The career adaptability played a partial mediating role in sense of professional mission and academic engagement,accounting for 40.34% of the total effect. Conclusions The vocational nursing students' sense of professional mission,career adaptability and academic engagement are closely related,and all of them are at a good level. The career adaptability plays a partial mediating role in sense of professional mission and academic engagement. The vocational nursing colleges should focus on strengthening students' career education,enhancing their sense of professional mission,encouraging nursing students to engage in their studies with a more positive attitude,and helping them achieve their expected academic achievements.

    Objective To understand the status quo of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and its influencing factors,provide evidence for government departments to take targeted intervention measures. Methods Using stratified random cluster sampling,39 416 primary and secondary school students from 166 schools in 14 divisions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were surveyed with physical examinations and questionnaires in September 2021. χ2 test and multivariate binary Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity among primary and secondary school students. Results In 2021,among 39 416 primary and secondary school students in an area,the detection rate of overweight and obesity was 16.37% and 14.28% respectively. The detection rate of overweight and obesity in male students was 18.96% and 17.59% respectively,which were higher than those in female students(13.79%,10.96%)(χ2overweight=191.596,354.138,both P<0.01). The detection rate of obesity among urban students was 16.90%,which was higher than that among rural students(15.64%)(χ2=11.184,P<0.01). The detection rate of obesity shows a decreasing trend with the increase of academic age(χ2trend=325.571,P<0.01). The multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that,in the regions with moderate socio-economic level,eating vegetables twice or more a day,and eating breakfast sometimes were risk factors for overweight and obesity in primary and secondary school students(all P<0.05). The female students,suburban area,junior middle school,residential school,eating fried food less than once a day and eating fried food once or more a day were protective factors for overweight and obesity in primary and secondary school students(all P<0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of overweight and obesity is high among primary and middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,so it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of overweight and obesity related knowledge,advocate healthy eating behavior,and take targeted intervention measures.

    Objective To systematically evaluate the incidence of scoliosis in adolescents in China. Methods The articles on the incidence of scoliosis in adolescents in China before August 23,2022 were systematically retrieved in CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane,Web of Science,and EMbase databases,and meta-analyzed. Results A total of 12 literatures were included,with a total sample size of 249 513 and a total of 2 217 scoliosis. The total incidence of scoliosis in adolescents in China was 1.1%(95%CI:0.81%-1.40%). The results of subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of scoliosis in men was 0.65%(95%CI:0.47%-0.83%),and the incidence of scoliosis in women was 1.16%(95%CI:0.85%-1.48%). The incidence of idiopathic scoliosis was 1.03%(95%CI:0.68-1.38%). The incidence of lateral convex angle of 10°-19° was 0.89%(95%CI:0.55-1.23%). The incidence of scoliosis in the thoracic segment was 0.47%(95%CI:0.27%-0.68%). The incidence of scoliosis in the 10-<13 age group was 0.28%(95%CI:0.08%-0.47%),the incidence of scoliosis in the 13-<15 age group was 0.90%(95%CI:0.57%-0.12%),and the incidence of scoliosis in the 16-<18 age group was 1.08%(95%CI:0.48%-1.68%). Conclusion The incidence of scoliosis in adolescents in China is more common in women and 16-<19 years old,and idiopathic scoliosis is the main type of disease,with an angle of 10°-19° and chest.

    Objective To understand the current situation of noise hazards in the workplaces of key industries in Beijing,provide a scientific basis for the formulation of noise prevention and control measures. Methods From September to December 2021,according to the Beijing 2021 Workplace Occupational Disease Hazard Monitoring Work Plan,six districts were randomly selected in Beijing,including three urban areas and three non-urban areas,with a total of 38 enterprises as the research objects.A combination of on-site investigation and on-site inspection was adopted to collect basic information of the enterprise,and the noise intensity in workplace was measured. The Fisher exact probability and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used for analysis of risk factors. Results There were 38 companies included in this study.The declaration rate of occupational hazards,the training rate of the person in charge of the enterprise,the training rate of occupational health management personnel and the training rate of workers was 92.1%,94.7%,94.7% and 85.4%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the training rate of workers among different regions(P<0.05).The median noise intensity was 79.3 dB(A),and the exceeding rate was 18.3%.There were statistically significant differences in the exceeding rates of normalization of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level to a nominal 8 h working day(LEX,8h) and normalization of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level to a nominal 40 h working week(LEX,W) among different industries(P<0.05). The exceeding rate of LEX,8h/LEX,W in automotive parts and accessories manufacturing industry was the highest(8.3%). Conclusions The exceeding rate of noise in Beijing is at a relatively low level,but prevention and control still needs to be strengthened. The supervision and management should be strengthened in small-scale enterprises,auto parts and accessories manufacturing industries.It is necessary to implement the main responsibility of employers,and guide them to establish and improve the management system for noise hazard control,strengthen education and training on noise hazards related knowledge for workers exposed to hazards,so as to effectively reduce the impact of noise hazards on the health of workers.

    Nursing staff are under great work pressure,have heavy job responsibilities and more likely to produce job burnout,that can reduce work efficiency,affect job satisfaction and patient safety. Therefore,how to alleviate nurse job burnout is worth exploring. From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper reviewed the literature of the current research status of nurse job burnout from the aspects of positive subjective experience,positive personality traits and positive social environment,aiming to further improve the job burnout of nurses,improve their mental health level,and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a systematic intervention program in the later stage.
