Abstract: Objective To understand the status of professional deviant behavior, organizational support and sub-health status of clinical nurses, analyze the correlation among the three, and provide a basis for carrying out targeted interventions. Methods From October to November 2021,285 clinical nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Zibo City were selected as the research object by using the convenient sampling method, were investigated by the general data questionnaire, the nursing staff occupational deviation behavior scale, the organizational support sense scale and the sub-health status scoring standard, and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of occupational deviation behavior of clinical nurses was(28.04±8.78)points,the total score of organizational support was (109.67±24.89)points and the total score of sub-health status was (6.73±5.13)points. The total score of occupational deviation behavior and scores of various dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of organizational support and scores of various dimensions(r=-0.240--0.454,all P<0.01),and significantly positively correlated with the total score of sub-health(r=0.359-0.656,all P<0.01). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, education level, average monthly income, department and organizational support, and sub-health status were the influencing factors of clinical nurses' occupational deviation behavior(all P<0.05). Conclusions The occupational deviation behavior of nurses is generally good, and it is necessary to pay more attention to nurses of male, low education, low average monthly income, and nurses in emergency departments and ICU,take corresponding measures to create a good organizational atmosphere to enhance their sense of organizational support. It is necessary to actively pay attention to their physical and mental health,so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of their occupational deviation behavior, and then optimize the quality of nursing work and build a harmonious nursing-patient relationship.
