There were statistically significant differences in psychological resilience scores of nurese with different gender, length of service, monthly incorne and professional title(all P<0.05). The total score of mental health in nurses was negatively correlated with total score of job burnout(r=-0.530,P<0.05),and the total score of resilience was negatively correlated with total score of job burnout(r=-0.556,P<0.05).
