Abstract: As the primary provider of health care, heavy workloads and long-term empathic fatigue can frustrate nurses and lead to job burnout, anxiety and inability to deliver the expected quality of care, further exacerbating excessive absenteeism and workforce instability. It is important to provide adequate management care in the form of caring for nurses' well-being,help them solve problems and show concern for their career plans, values and opinions, increase nurses' perception of management care, thereby reducing occupational stress and improving their happiness. However, most of the existing researches focus on the analysis of management care from the perspective of nurse managers, and less on the perception of nurse management care. The paper summarize the connotation, current situation, assessment tools and influencing factors of nurses' management care perception,so as to enhance the importance of nursing managers to nurses, strengthen the perception of nurses' management care, and reduce the job burnout and turnover tendency of nurses.
