Abstract: Objective To analyze the disease burden of occupational pneumoconiosis in Liaoning Province in 2022,provide reference for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis in the future. Methods The occupational pneumoconiosis patients reported up to the end of 2022 in Liaoning Province were enrolled as respondents. The disability-adjusted life years（DALY）,years of life lost（YLL） and years lived with disability（YLD） were used to comprehensively measure the disease burden of occupational pneumoconiosis by region,disease type,industry,sex,age,and the last stage. One-way analysis of variance（ANOVA） was used for univariate analysis. Results There were a total of 161 794.0 person-years of DALY due to the occupational pneumoconiosis in Liaoning Province in 2022,of which the YLD accounted for 98.7%,the YLL accounted for 1.3%,and the per capita DALY was 8.1 person-years,and Huludao City had the highest total DALY value at 76 977.7 person-years. The disease types were mainly concentrated in silicosis and coal workers' pneumoconiosis,accounting for 85.0% and 10.1% respectively. The industrial distribution was mainly concentrated in the mining industry,accounting for 80.3%. The age distribution was mainly concentrated in the 45-<85 years old group,accounting for 88.0%. The differences in per capita DALY among occupational pneumoconiosis cases with different stage,disability grade and first visit time were statistically significant（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The disease burden of occupational pneumoconiosis in Liaoning Province is serious,and effective occupational disease prevention and control measures should be taken in the key areas and industries.
