Research progress on occupational exposure risks and protective measures for medical personnel exposed to antineoplastic drugs

Abstract: Due to the frequent clinical use of antineoplastic drugs,medical personnel who come into contact with antineoplastic drugs are at a greatly increased risk of exposure to contaminated environments. This paper reviews relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the occupational protection awareness of medical personnel who are currently exposed to antineoplastic drugs,and also summarizes the pathways,influencing factors and countermeasures of exposure to antineoplastic drugs,in order to enhance the attention of medical institutions and their management personnel to antineoplastic drugs exposure,improve the self-protection awareness of medical personnel,and provide reference for reducing damage caused by exposure to antineoplastic drugs.
