Research progress on innovative literacy assessment tools for nursing college students

Abstract: As the main force of the future nursing industry,the cultivation of innovative literacy among nursing college students(hereinafter referred to as "nursing students") is an important factor that affects the improvement of nursing service quality and the resolution of clinical nursing problems. There are various types of tools for evaluating innovation literacy both domestically and internationally,but there is currently a lack of relevant reports specifically targeting evaluation tools for innovation literacy of nursing students. Based on this,this article introduces the concept and connotation of innovation literacy,and provides a review of relevant evaluation tools for innovation literacy of nursing students at home and abroad,summarizes them into two categories:universal innovation literacy assessment tools(assessment the climate for creativity,individual innovative behavior scale,Torrance tests of creative thinking,creative personality scale) and specific innovation literacy assessment tools(organizational innovation atmosphere scale,self-rating creativity scale,innovation behavior questionnaire),explains the content,characteristics and application of each assessment tool,and analyzes the problems existing in existing assessment tools,to develop and apply specific evaluation tools to provide reference for conducting related research.
