Abstract: Nurses' professional grief is a common psychological reaction of nurses, which is universal and not valued, and is considered to be related to the particularity of the profession. As a negative emotion,if it is not handled properly,it will not only harm the nurses' own mental health, but also easily lead to slackness in clinical work. In serious cases,it will lead to serious physiological obstacles for nurses themselves. This paper reviews the concept and development of professional grief, evaluation tools, influencing factors and intervention methods of nurses' professional grief, and summarizes the research status of nurses' professional grief at home and abroad, aiming to broaden the existing knowledge and provide a new path for nurses' professional grief support.
