Research progress of burnout assessment tools and psychological interventions for nurses

Abstract

Abstract: The issue of occupational burnout among nursing staff in China is quite common and a hot research topic in the nursing field.It is particularly necessary to evaluate the occupational burnout of nurses,and appropriate psychological intervention measures can effectively reduce their sense of occupational burnout and promote their physical and mental health.This article provides a review of assessment tools for occupational burnout,research status on nurse occupational burnout,and psychological intervention measures both domestically and internationally,aiming to provide reference for future research on nurse occupational burnout and psychological intervention strategies in China.
