Objective
To understand the current situation of chemical poisons and emergency rescue facilities in an aircraft maintenance warehouse in Guangzhou City,and put forward improvement suggestions to effectively prevent occupational hazards.
Methods
In September 2022,during the normal production stage of the enterprise,the current situation of chemical poisons and emergency rescue facilities in an aircraft maintenance warehouse in Guangzhou City was investigated and analyzed by occupational health investigation,occupational health testing,field experiment and other methods.
Results
The concentration of toluene in each production workshop of the aircraft maintenance depot was <0.16-1.20 mg/m
3
,the concentration of xylene was 0.26-1.20 mg/m
3
,the concentration of ethylbenzene was 0.09-1.60 mg/m
3
,and the concentration of isopropanol was <0.13-18.00 mg/m
3
. The detection results of the concentration of other chemical toxins were all below the 10% occupational exposure limit(OELs). Harmful factors that may lead to occupational disease hazards included chemical irritants,sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,potassium hydroxide,hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. Possible occupational hazard accidents included eye,skin irritation,chemical skin burns,chemical eye burns,acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning,and acute ammonia poisoning.
Conclusions
The current situation of chemical poisons and emergency rescue in this aircraft maintenance warehouse in Guangzhou City is not optimistic. In response to possible occupational hazards and accidents,enterprises should continue to improve and maintain emergency rescue facilities,strengthen emergency drills,improve emergency management ability,and effectively prevent employees from occupational injuries.

Objective
To investigate the common sleep problems and influencing factors during long voyage of officers and soldiers in a naval vessel unit,and explore its correlation with the constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).
Methods
Totally 740 naval officers and soldiers were selected by random cluster sampling method. Their sleep status and TCM constitution were assessed by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and TCM constitution scale. Totally 630 valid PSQI scales were collected,with an effective rate of 85.1%. And 738 valid TCM constitution scales were collected,with an effective rate of 99.7%.
Results
Before the voyage,15 days and 30 days after voyage,the incidence of sleep disorders in 630 navy servicemen was 40.2%,49.4% and 54.6%,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the total score of PSQI and factor score of sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep duration,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction between navy servicemen and the domestic norm(all

<0.01). 53.8% of 738 naval officers and soldiers were regarded as lopsided constitution,including Yin-deficiency(12.2%),Yang-deficiency(10.7%) and Dampness-heat(9.1%). The sleep problems of navy servicemen during long voyage were correlated with TCM constitution,positions and the time from the previous long voyage mission. The Phlegm-dampness,Yin-deficiency,Blood-stasis and Dampness-heat were independent risk factors for the sleep disorders(all

Conclusions
The naval officers and soldiers with sleep disorders during long voyage account the high proportion,whose overall health level need to be improved. Their sleep status is correlated with TCM constitution. It is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine "preventive treatment of disease" can play an important role in health maintenance of navy servicemen through conditioning the lopsided constitution.

Objective
To perform whole-genome sequencing of Klebsiella variicola and virulence experiments of Galleria mellonella,in order to provide reference for the study of molecular virulence characteristics of Klebsiella variicola.
Methods
A total of three strains of Klebsiella variicola isolated from patients blood in the Affiliated Central Hospital of Jiangnan University from January to December 2021 were collected,to perform the species identification and whole-genome sequencing. The difference of lgLD

of Galleria mellonella infection model was used to analyze the virulence of Klebsiella variicola.
Results
The three strains of Klebsiella variicola could be identified by Vitek MS V3.2,and the characteristic peak was found at 8 250 m/z in all the mass spectra. The string test showed that the wxkv2055 was positive. The dug susceptibility test showed that wxkv2055 and wxkv2031 were only resistant to ampicillin and sensitive to other antibiotics,while wxkv2096 was resistant to ampicillin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,amikacin,gentamicin,and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. The whole genome sequencing showed that the GC contents of the three strains were 56.8%-57.2%,the capsular serotypes included KL14,KL16,KL34,the O antigen typing included O5,O3/O3a,and the MLST typing included 1169,595,and 718. Conclusions
The Klebsiella variicola wxkv2055 isolated from blood carries virulence plasmid. The Galleria mellonella virulence model indicated that the virulence of wxkv2055 is higher. The molecular epidemiology of three strains of Klebsiella variicola is different from Klebsiella pneumoniae. At present,the grassroots laboratories need to improve the ability to identify Klebsiella variicola,conduct in-depth research on the pathogenicity and strain characteristics of Klebsiella variicola,and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

To explore the correlation between the negative tendency of self-ability,psychological capital and job burnout of nurses in cardiology department.
Methods
From November to December 2022,187 nurses in the department of cardiology in four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Xi'an City were selected by simple random sampling method,and investigated with the general situation scale,self-ability negative tendency scale,psychological capital scale and job burnout scale. To explore the correlation of stakeholder pressure,psychological capital,and job burnout among ultrasound medical nurses.
Methods
From January to February 2023,a convenience sampling method was used to select 174 nurses from the ultrasound medical department of eight comprehensive hospitals in Xi'an City as the survey subjects. The survey was conducted using the general situation scale,stakeholder stress scale,psychological capital scale,and job burnout scale,and the data was analyzed.

Objective
To understand the status quo of occupational hazards in a commercial concrete station in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province,and to provide reference for reducing the incidence of occupational diseases.
Methods
The status quo of a commercial concrete station in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province was evaluated in September 2020,and the data were collected by field investigation,inspection list,detection and inspection,and occupational health examination.
Results
The main occupational hazard factors in the construction project were chemical factors(other dust and silica dust) and physical factors(noise). The maximum time-weighted average concentration of workers' exposure to dust was 2.2 mg/m

,which was the forklift driver at the loading position of the silo. The maximum short-term exposure concentration was 4.7mg/m

,and the maximum 8 h equivalent sound level intensity of workers’ exposure was 85.4 dB(A),which was the forklift driver at the loading position of the silo.
Conclusions
The construction project of a commercial concrete station in Shaanxi Province belongs to the category of serious occupational hazards,and the forklift driver is the key control point of this project.In the future evaluation and supervision process,it is suggested to establish a comprehensive file for forklift drivers of similar commercial concrete station bin loading operation position,unified management by region,which can strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of occupational health management.

Objective
To investigate the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis and its influencing factors in Wulong District of Chongqing City,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of pneumoconiosis patients,as well as pneumoconiosis treatment and rehabilitation,and provide reference opinions for the development of pneumoconiosis rehabilitation stations.
Methods
From January 2021 to December 2022,152 patients who met the inclusion criteria and received rehabilitation treatment in the Pneumoconiosis Rehabilitation Station of Baima Central Health Center in Wulong District of Chongqing City were selected as the research objects. The questionnaire investigation was conducted by the self-made general demographic data questionnaire and the World Health Organization quality of life-brief(WHOQOL-BREF). The quality of life of pneumoconiosis patients was evaluated from physiological,psychological,social and environmental dimensions,and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed.
Results
A total of 47(30.9%) of the 152 subjects felt their life quality was good or very good,and 36(23.7%) were satisfied or very satisfied with their health status. Objective
To monitor the contents of heavy metals cadmium and inorganic arsenic in dried shrimps sold in Hainan Province and carry out health risk assessment.
Methods
From May to July 2021,a total of 60 shrimp samples were collected from farmers' markets in six cities and counties of Hainan Province(Danzhou City,Lingao County,Ledong County,Wenchang City,Sanya City,Qionghai City).The samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and evaluated by national limit standard method,single factor pollution index method,Nemero pollution index method,and health risk index.
Results
The detection rate of cadmium and arsenic in 60 samples of dried shrimps was 100%,of which the over standard rate of cadmium was 93.3%,and no inorganic arsenic was detected.
Conclusions
Through the sampling inspection of shrimps from farmers' markets in six cities and counties in Hainan Province,it is found that cadmium pollution content in shrimps is high,which is harmful to human health,and should be paid great attention to.It is suggested that relevant departments should update the limit standards of relevant polluting elements in time to ensure the safety of seafood food.

Objective
To establish efficient and convenient detection methods for detecting 11 kinds of quinolones,4 kinds of tetracycline and chloramphenicol residues in chicken liver and gizzard.
Methods
After processing chicken gizzards and liver through extraction,purification and solid phase extraction,UPLC-MS/MS was used to separate and quantitatively determine the residues of veterinary drugs.
Results
The linear range of residues of 16 veterinary drugs was 1.0-40 ng/mL(chloramphenicol 0.1-4.0 ng/mL),the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 0 except norfloxacin,and the average recovery rate was 61.6%-107.1% determined at different concentrations,and the detection limit of norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, dafloxacin, tetracycline, doxycycline, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, doxycycline, and chlortetracycline was 0.6 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 1.8 μg/kg. The detection limit of difloxacin, pefloxacin, ofloxacin, enrofloxacin, lomefloxacin, salafloxacin, oxaquinic acid, and flumequine was 0.2 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 0.6 μg/kg. The detection limit of chloramphenicol was 0.02 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 0.06 μg/kg.
Conclusion
Using this method to detect the chicken gizzards and liver samples collected in 2022,the liner range, detection limit, precision and accuracy all meet the detection requirements. This method improves the detection efficiency,is suitable for veterinary drug screening and detection of a large number of samples of chicken liver and gizzard on the market,and is suitable as a rapid screening method for food safety risk monitoring.

Objective
To understand the status of work engagement and quality of life of medical staff,explore the relationship between the two.
Methods
From May to June 2022,a cluster convenient sampling was used to investigate 852 medical workers in the Gannan area with using the Utrecht work engagement scale(UWES) and the World Health Organization quality of life scale-brief form questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF).
Results
The total scores of work engagement and quality of life in respondents were (69.50±15.05) and (56.74±9.80)points respectively. There were statistically significant differences in work engagement scores among medical personnel of different gender,administrative position,practicing qualification,working years,willingness to participation,average daily working hours,and participation times(all

The medical staff in Gannan area of Jiangxi Province are actively engaged in work,and the score of the physiological dimension of quality of life is not high,so they should be reasonably arranged for work and rest,and given timely incentives and guarantees to improve the quality of life.

To investigate the current situation of pediatric nurses' sense of decent work,professional mission and work immersion in tertiary hospitals,and explore the relationship between them.
Methods
From July to August 2022,321 pediatric nurses from 6 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were conveniently selected as the survey objects.The general information questionnaire,the sense of decent work scale,the sense of professional mission scale and the work immersion scale were used to investigate,and AMOS 23.0 was used to analyze the intermediary benefits.

To analyze the epidemic characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Wuzhou City from 2011-2021,and provide reference for formulating scientific prevention and control strategies.
Methods
Descriptive analysis of the epidemic characteristics of reported cases of other infectious diarrhea in Wuzhou City from 2011-2021 was conducted,and the change trend of incidence rate was analyzed by Joinpoint regression model.
Results
A total of 53 118 cases of other infectious diarrhea were reported in Wuzhou City from 2011-2021,with an average annual incidence rate of 162.62/100 000.The incidence rate had no inflection point,and showed a monotonous upward trend,and the annual percentage change(APC)=average annual percentage change(AAPC)=23.25%(

<0.01).The incidence was mainly in summer,autumn,and winter,and mainly in children under 2 years old,accounting for 44.55% of the total cases. The proportion of scattered children in the total number of reported cases had been decreasing year by year,while kindergartens and students had been increasing year by year. There were 3 434 laboratory confirmed cases,accounting for 6.46% of the total reported cases. To understand the relationship between structural empowerment,job-esteem and job embeddedness of nurses in military hospitals,and analyze the role of job-esteem among structural empowerment and job embeddedness.
Methods
From May to September 2022,a total of 271 nurses were selected from military hospitals in Beijing City to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey using general information questionnaire,conditions of work effectiveness questionnaire,job-esteem scale for nurses in hospital and global job embeddedness items. Objective
To understand the effect of areas of worklife on turnover intention among emergency department nurses in 22 tertiary Grade A hospitals in Sichuan Province,in order to provide new ideas for reducing the turnover rate of nurses in emergency department.
Methods
From June to July 2022,a total of 308 emergency department nurses from 22 tertiary Grade A hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method. Demographic data questionnaire,areas of worklife scale and turnover intention scale were used for cross-sectional investigation,and the data were analyzed.
Results
The total scores of areas of worklife and turnover intention of 308 emergency department nurses were (99.69±13.69) and (13.5±33.06)points,respectively. The areas of worklife was negatively correlated with turnover intention(

<0.01). After controlling for general information,the dimensions of job recognition and fairness in the areas of worklife scale can explain 19.3% of the variation in the turnover intention of emergency department nurses(

Conclusions
The dimensions of work recognition and fairness in the areas of worklife scale negatively predicted the turnover intention of nurses in emergency department. Nursing managers should actively pay attention to the job recognition matching degree of nurses in the emergency department and give corresponding support. To investigate the current status of occupational well-being of junior nurses in three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Nanning,and analyze its influencing factors.
Methods
A total of 311 junior nurses from three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Nanning from February to March 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method. The general information questionnaire,medical staff occupational well-being scale and Chinese version of caring assessment tool-administration(CAT-admin) were used for investigation.
Results
The score of occupational well-being of junior nurses in three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Nanning was (61.62±7.46)points,the CAT-admin score was (132.07±15.76)points. The multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that working years,monthly average night shift days(only including large night shifts),average weekly overtime frequency at work,and CAT-admin score were the influencing factors of occupational well-being(all

<0.05),which could explain 31.9% of the total variation.
Conclusion
The occupational well-being of junior nurses in three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Nanning is at a lower-middle level. Nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological status of junior nurses,increase the intensity of care,improve their perception of management care,appropriately reduce their workload,and reasonably arrange shifts to improve their occupational well-being.

Objective
To investigate the status and correlation of feedback seeking behavior,career success and turnover intention of surgical nurses in tertiary hospitals,and to analyze the mediating role of career success in their feedback seeking behavior and turnover intention.
Methods
A total of 253 surgical nurses from four third Class A hospitals in Sichuan Province were investigated from May to June 2022,using the convenience sampling method and the general information questionnaire,feedback seeking behavior scale,career success scale and turnover intention scale,then the data were analyzed.
Results
The scores of feedback seeking behavior,career success and turnover intention of surgical nurses in third Class A hospitals were (57.11±9.52),(36.51±6.48) and(14.84±3.19)points,respectively. Single analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of feedback seeking behavior,career success and turnover intention of foreign nurses with different genders,educational levels,employment methods,length of service,professional title,monthly income,health status,weekly overtime hours(all

To explore the mediating effect of life satisfaction in the relationship between psychological resilience and depression among firefighters,in order to provide a theoretical basis for increasing the life satisfaction of firefighters,improving their level of psychological resilience and reducing the occurrence of depression,and maintaining the physical and mental health of individuals.
Methods
Using snowball and cluster sampling methods,464 firefighters from Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei were surveyed from October to November 2022 with the general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale,life satisfaction scale and self-rating depression scale,and AMOS 28.0 was used to analyze the mediating effect of life satisfaction between psychological resilience and depression.
Results
The 464 firefighters scored (88.95±16.72)points for psychological resilience,(47.36±11.27)points for depression,and (22.25±6.34)points for life satisfaction. The correlation analysis showed that psychological resilience was positively correlated with life satisfaction(

Methods
A total of 408 young and middle-aged patients with T2 DM from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shijiazhuang were selected by convenience sampling method form June to October 2022. The subjects were investigated with the brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ),fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF) and Herth hope index(HHI).
Results
The score of fear disease progression,illness perception and hope level of the young and middle-aged patients with T2 DM were (31.29±5.17),(39.97±6.02) and (34.87±4.29)points,respectively. The fear of disease progression was positively correlated with illness perception(

To understand the current situation,hot spots and development trend of the mental health research of armed police officers and soldiers,provide reference for the future mental health research and related work of armed police officers and soldiers.
Methods
With the theme of "Armed police" and "psychology",383 journal papers and 103 academic dissertations published by National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) were collected for the bibliometric analysis by CiteSpace visual analysis software. The publications were retrieved from the year 1915 to 2022 with a retrieval deadline of November 10,2022.
Results
The related research started in 1993 and grew slowly,the number of published papers increased significantly from 2006 to 2014,and then gradually decreased. The journals were mainly military journals,and the degree-granting units were mainly local colleges and universities. The institutions and authors showde some connection but less cooperation. The research hotspots included coping style,recruits,social support,personality,psychological intervention,countermeasures,influencing factors,depression,psychological resilience,psychological stress,job burnout and sleep quality. In recent years,the explosive hot spots were psychological resilience,psychological capital and health care support.
Conclusions
In recent years,the research on the mental health of armed police officers has gradually decreased,and the research lacks cooperation. In the future,the mental health research of armed police officers and soldiers should be close to the actual situation of the army and focus on preparing for war,strengthen exchanges and cooperation with information technology,and explore other research hotspots to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.

To understand the satisfaction with current work situation of personnel in disease prevention and control institutions(hereafter referred to as "CDC personnel") in Guizhou Province,provide a reference basis for improving the work motivation of CDC personnel in Guizhou Province.
Methods
Using a self-designed questionnaire,from August to December 2022,a total of 457 CDC workers at the provincial,municipal and county levels in Guizhou Province were collected by stratified cluster sampling method to conduct a self-assessment survey of job status and overall job satisfaction,and the data were analyzed.
Results
The overall satisfaction score of the current work of CDC personnel in Guizhou Province was (3.69±0.79)points,of which 58.42% were "very satisfied" or "relatively satisfied" and 37.64% were "generally satisfied". The three areas with the lowest satisfaction in the current work situation were career development,salary level and training opportunities,with scores of(2.62±0.97),(2.75±0.83) and (2.81±1.00)points in order.
