Abstract: In recent years, the correlation of human leukocyte antigen(HLA) gene in the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine has been concerned by many medical experts. This article summarizes the related research of HLA gene in the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine, discusses the relationship between HLA gene polymorphism and immune response and adverse reactions of hepatitis B vaccine, summarizes the related mechanism of different HLA genes on the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine, and provides a scientific basis for personalized vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine in different HLA populations. This article reviews the general situation of HLA gene, the response effect of HBV vaccine and its related mechanism.
