Research status and prospect of psychological training for military pilots

Abstract: With the acceleration of our military's modernization process,a large number of high-performance fighter jets are gradually equipped with flight units,requiring military pilots to quickly process massive data information in complex working environments and make accurate decisions to complete more difficult and risky flight tasks. Therefore,military pilots need to have stronger psychological resilience and excellent personality psychological qualities. This article reviews recent research on psychological training for military pilots,providing reference for improving the construction of a personalized psychological quality training system applicable to our military pilots.
