Abstract: Chronic disease comorbidities increase the physical and mental burden of patients and reduce the quality of life of patients through the synergistic effect of diseases. At present, more attention is paid to a single chronic disease, and less attention is paid to patients with chronic disease comorbidities. Multimorbidity resilience(MR) is a concept proposed for multi-comorbidity groups from the perspective of resilience, which has great potential to improve the quality of life of comorbidity patients and enhance their own resilience. Due to the late start of the research on MR,the relevant contents remain to be clarified. Therefore, this paper will review the concept, theoretical sources, measurement tools and intervention strategies of resilience to multiple diseases,in order to provide references for future research in China.

Key words: Chronic disease comorbidities, Resilience, Assessment tools, Influencing factors, Intervention measures
