Abstract: Objective To construct a stress source model and evaluation scale for full-time scientific researchers in hospitals,in order to provide tool support for the research on the current work status and organizational management of full-time scientific researchers in public hospitals in China under the background of high-quality development. Methods Based on semi-structured interviews and following the main ideas and operational processes of grounded theoretical qualitative research,a preliminary structural model of work stressors for full-time hospital researchers was established. Design a scale and conduct a questionnaire survey to quantitatively test and revise the model of work stressors. Results A root analysis was conducted on the work stressors of full-time scientific researchers in hospitals, and an initial structure of 33 items in 7 dimensions was obtained. After quantitative testing,a stressor source model with 19 items in 5 dimensions was ultimately constructed. Conclusion The model of work stressors for hospital full-time scientific researchers constructed in this study has good reliability and validity.
