Research progress on micro-aggressions in medical staff

Abstract: As medical staff are the providers of medical services,effective prevention and measures of micro-aggressions from patients is important to maintain the physical and mental health of medical personnel,improve the patient's medical experience and establish the new relationship between the doctors and the patients.The research on micro-aggressions of medical staff in foreign countries includes training medical personnel in micro-aggressions education,creating micro-aggressions education tools,development of behavior frameworks,while the research on micro-aggressions in China is confined to the discussion in the field of education and still in the initial stage. This paper reviews the concept,current situation,assessment tools,influencing factors and interventions of micro-aggressions in medical staff,in order to provide a reference for formulating an intervention program adapted to the micro-aggressions of medical personnel in China.
