Research progress on influencing factors and coping strategies of military nurses' burnout

Abstract: The job burnout among military nurses not only affects the physical and mental health of nurses,but also can negatively impact the quality and efficiency of medical services in the military. This paper reviews the research progress on job burnout among military nurses in recent years,and the influencing factors of job burnout among military nurses,and proposes coping strategies for job burnout among military nurses.
