Abstract: Objective To compile a survey questionnaire on the health education needs of health education base,and provide a scientific and effective evaluation tool for the construction of health education base. Methods A research team was established,initially the survey was designed questionnaire in combination with literature retrieval and other methods,and conducted two rounds of questionnaire consultation with 11 experts using the Delphi method. Results In the two rounds of expert consultation,the response rate of experts were both 100%,the authority coefficients were 0.92 and 0.97,and the coordination coefficient of experts were 0.631 and 0.661,respectively. After revision,a health education needs survey questionnaire for health education base was constructed,which included three dimensions of "base needs","health needs",and "basic information",with a total of 36 items. Conclusion The preliminary compilation of the health education needs survey questionnaire for health education base based on the Delphi method is highly available,providing strong technical support for the improvement of health education base and the optimization of health education content.
