Abstract: Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience on the relationship between perceived stress and job involvement in bus drivers. Methods In June 2023,628 bus drivers of a bus company in Anhui Province were selected by convenience sampling method to perform the psychological resilience scale, perceived stress scale and job involvement scale questionnaire tests, and the data were analyzed. Results The total scores of psychological resilience, job involvement and perceived stress scale were (30.63±5.22),(83.07±10.67) and (41.86±9.55)points. Job involvement of bus drivers was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.35,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with perceived stress(r=-0.31,P<0.01). Psychological resilience played a partial mediating role between perceived stress and job involvement(β=-0.325,95%CI:-0.398- -0.258),accounting for 53.85% of the total effect. Conclusion The bus group should take a variety of intervention measures to improve the psychological resilience of bus drivers and reduce their perceived stress,so as to enhance the level of job involvement of bus drivers.
