Abstract: Occupational exposure refers to the condition in which workers come into contact with blood or other potentially infectious substances that contain blood borne pathogens through the eyes, mouth, nose, other mucous membranes, damaged skin,or non-gastrointestinal tracts during occupational activities. This paper reviews common occupational exposure risks and the prevention and control measures for medical personnel in operating rooms, aiming to provide reference for managers to implement occupational exposure prevention and control.
