Abstract: Objective To analyze the monitoring data of key occupational diseases in Handan in recent years,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating the prevention and control policy of key occupational diseases in Handan. Methods The monitoring data of key occupational diseases in Handan from 2019 to 2023 were collected through the "Occupational Disease and Health Hazard Factors Monitoring System" of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the results of occupational health examination and reports of new cases of occupational diseases were described and analyzed. Results A total of 225 958 cases of occupational health examination of key monitored occupational disease workers were collected in Handan. The detection rates of occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases showed an increasing trend year by year, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=147.914,36.444,both P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the special examination of workers exposed to dust, noise and benzene in different years(all P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the change rate of chest X-ray pneumoconiosis samples among workers exposed to dust in different years (χ2=38.380,P<0.01). The differences in the abnormal rates of FVC%,FEV1.0% rate, and FEV1.0/FVC% of lung function were statistically significant(χ2=352.004,86.439,460.425,all P<0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of average binaural high-frequency hearing threshold ≥40 dB in different years(χ2=19.650,P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in neutrophil, platelet, and white blood cell counts between different years(χ2=128.798,12.082,65.321,all P<0.01). The major monitored occupational disease new cases in the 5-year report were mainly coal workers' pneumoconiosis(85.84%) and noise deafness(8.58%). Conclusion Among the major occupational hazard factors in Handan, the number of people exposed to dust and noise is more, which causes serious harm consequences, but the harm of benzene can not be ignored. We should focus on strengthening the supervision and management of enterprises with dust and noise.
