Objective To analyze the monitoring data of key occupational diseases in Handan in recent years,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating the prevention and control policy of key occupational diseases in Handan. Methods The monitoring data of key occupational diseases in Handan from 2019 to 2023 were collected through the "Occupational Disease and Health Hazard Factors Monitoring System" of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the results of occupational health examination and reports of new cases of occupational diseases were described and analyzed. Results A total of 225 958 cases of occupational health examination of key monitored occupational disease workers were collected in Handan. The detection rates of occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases showed an increasing trend year by year, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=147.914,36.444,both P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the special examination of workers exposed to dust, noise and benzene in different years(all P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the change rate of chest X-ray pneumoconiosis samples among workers exposed to dust in different years (χ2=38.380,P<0.01). The differences in the abnormal rates of FVC%,FEV1.0% rate, and FEV1.0/FVC% of lung function were statistically significant(χ2=352.004,86.439,460.425,all P<0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of average binaural high-frequency hearing threshold ≥40 dB in different years(χ2=19.650,P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in neutrophil, platelet, and white blood cell counts between different years(χ2=128.798,12.082,65.321,all P<0.01). The major monitored occupational disease new cases in the 5-year report were mainly coal workers' pneumoconiosis(85.84%) and noise deafness(8.58%). Conclusion Among the major occupational hazard factors in Handan, the number of people exposed to dust and noise is more, which causes serious harm consequences, but the harm of benzene can not be ignored. We should focus on strengthening the supervision and management of enterprises with dust and noise.

Objective To analyze the geographical and temporal changes of HIV-1 molecular subtypes in Chinese elderly population, and provide scientific basis for formulating targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Retrieve all relevant research literature published in databases such as Pubmed,ScienceDirect,Web of Science,CNKI,and Wanfang before August 12,2024,and use meta-analysis to estimate the combined proportion of HIV-1 molecular subtypes in the elderly population. Subgroup analysis was arranged by sampling area and time period, publication bias was evaluated by Begger's and Egger's test, and the stability of merger ratio was evaluated by sensitivity analysis. Results A total of 39 articles were included in this study, and CRF01_AE,CRF07_BC and CRF08_BC were the three most widely distributed subtypes in the elderly population in China. The merger ratio of CRF01_AE was 37.5%(95%CI:30.8%-44.1%),CRF07_BC was 28.3%(95%CI:22.6%-34.1%),and CRF08_BC was 21.0%(95%CI:17.2%-24.8%). Subgroup analysis showed that the proportion of CRF01_AE subtype was the highest among the elderly in China in 2016 and before, and the proportion gradually decreased over time. After 2021,the proportion of CRF07_BC and CRF08_BC subtypes were higher than that of CRF01_AE,and the highest was CRF08_BC subtype. The proportion of CRF07_BC subtypes in the eastern part of China was the highest, while the proportion of CRF01_AE in the western and central regions was the highest. Conclusion The molecular subtypes of HIV-1 epidemic strains in the elderly in China are complex and diverse, and the proportion of each subtype changes with time in different regions. It is necessary to further strengthen the molecular epidemiological monitoring of people aged 50 and above to reduce the risk of AIDS transmission.

Mental health crisis refers to an urgent situation that may seriously impact an individual's mental health, caused by life events, trauma, mental health issues,or other factors. Mental crises can include suicidal crises, violent behaviors,post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression. Mental health crisis interventions aim to provide timely support and assistance to alleviate the negative impact of the crisis on individuals. Research on strategies for early warning of adolescent mental health crises is increasingly receiving attention,as the adolescent stage is a crucial period for individual growth, and mental crises may have profound effects on their lives and futures. Therefore, governments, schools, and social organizations can collaborate to provide professional training and resource support, including mental health counseling and guidance,to help parents and educators better address adolescent mental health crises. Strategies for early warning of adolescent mental health crises need to consider identification, intervention, comprehensive approaches, and other aspects comprehensively. Future research and practices should emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration and continue to explore more personalized and accurate early warning systems to safeguard the mental health of adolescents. In addition, parents and educators should also pay attention to early warning signals and closely monitor changes in adolescent behavior and emotional fluctuations, including but not limited to changes in emotional behavior, poor social relationships, decreased interest in hobbies, and the emergence of suicidal or self-harming behaviors. This paper reviews the identification and early warning strategies for adolescent mental health crises, aiming to provide reference for future research and practice.
