Abstract: Objective To analyze the intervention methods for burnout among nurses in the operating room, compare the specific content and intervention effects of different intervention program, and provide reference for the intervention of burnout among operating room nurses. Methods The research method of scope review was used to search for relevant literature in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase, and CINAHL domestic and international databases, with a timeframe from the establishment of the database to March 1,2024,and to perform literature screening and data extraction. Results Twenty-six papers were included,of which 10 were randomized controlled studies and 16 were classified experimental studies. Interventions to alleviate burnout among operating room nurses were mainly at the individual level, organizational level, and a combination of individual organizations. Intervention methods included offline, online, and a combination of online and offline. 85%(22 articles) of the studies included in the literature reported significant effects of their interventions on burnout among operating room nurses. Conclusion Currently, there are many types of interventions for burnout among operating room nurses, but some studies have used only a single intervention method or a simple integration of different interventions, and future nursing administrators need to be realistic and have an in-depth understanding of the specific situation of operating room nurses to develop better intervention programs.
