Methods In accordance with relevant national standards and requirements, the field investigation and professional testing methods were applied to detect and analyze occupational hazard factors in a precision casting manufacturing Co.,LTD of Shaanxi Province from November to December 2022. Results The occupational hazards of a precision casting manufacturing co.,LTD in Shaanxi Province mainly included silica dust, noise and high temperature. In the working environment, the concentration of free silica in the air was 95.3%,which led to the dust exposure of paste workers, shell workers, gate workers and automatic gate workers on the precision casting production line exceeding the occupational exposure limit. Except for shell workers, other workers were exposed to 40 h equivalent sound level of 65.4-84.3 dB(A),and the wet bulb globe temperature(WBGT) index of heat treatment workers was 24.6 ℃.
