Abstract: With the global aging population, the number of middle-aged and elderly patients suffering from chronic lower back pain is increasing year by year. The digital health intervention is a way of providing health care to patients by combining digital technology with the health field, using mobile communication software, electronic health management platforms, and wearable devices as tools. It plays a crucial role in addressing this trend by helping alleviate patients' symptoms, improving functional activities, promoting mental well-being,reducing healthcare costs, and expanding the scope of nursing services. Currently, there is a growing body of research assessing the effects and influencing factors of digital health interventions, but the majority of studies are conducted abroad, with limited research conducted domestically. This paper reviews the intervention forms, influencing factors, and effects of digital health interventions, analyzes existing issues and proposes corresponding recommendations, aiming to serve as a reference for the practical implementation of digital health interventions for chronic lower back pain in the elderly.
