Abstract: Objective To understand satisfaction with vaccination service and factors influencing satisfaction in Xuhui District of Shanghai,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of vaccination outpatient services. Methods Following the principles of voluntary and anonymous participation,an online questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of vaccination services was conducted among recipients at vaccination clinic in Xuhui District from 2017 to 2022. The descriptive analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis of satisfaction were performed. Results A total of 20 085 survey questionnaires were collected and the comprehensive satisfaction rate was 98.80%. From 2017 to 2022,the satisfaction with vaccination services showed an upward trend with an annual percentage increase of 0.6%(95%CI:0.4%-0.7%). The satisfaction of special clinic(99.40%) was higher than that in community clinic(98.62%). The satisfactions of service items ranged from 98.90% and 99.48%. Logistic regression analysis showed that time from waiting for vaccination to completion of vaccination for survey subjects, whether they received a text message notification for vaccination, whether they have read the informed consent form for vaccination and gender were the factors influenced satisfaction with vaccination services(all P<0.05). Conclusion The satisfaction of recipients with vaccination services in Xuhui District of Shanghai is relatively high, but there is still room for improvement, especially in the respect of vaccination time,so as to achieve the goal of further improving satisfaction with vaccination services.
