Research progress on zero-time exercise for chronic disease patients

Abstract:

This review explains the concept,theory,and health benefits of zero-time exercise,analyzes the acceptance and adherence to it,points out the shortcomings and future prospects,proposes the importance of constructing personalized and precise exercise prescriptionsbased on the individual differences in the health status of chronic disease patients,and promotes the deep integration of technology and multimodal interventions. The reasonably utilizing artificial intelligence combined with wearable devices is effective to promote active health behavior in patients. Further interdisciplinary cooperation is needed to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for developing personalized and precise exercise plans for chronic disease patients.
