Abstract:

In the context of "Internet+Healthcare"，e-health has emerged. E-health utilizes information and communication technologies to assist and enhance a series of service processes in the field of healthcare，including prevention，diagnosis，monitoring，treatment，and management. Against this backdrop，e-health literacy has become a crucial indicator for measuring an individual's ability to effectively utilize e-health resources. This review analyzes the breakthroughs in e-health literacy research from the perspectives of the development of its concepts，theories，and practices in the evolution of the Internet era. The aim is to precisely define the concept，integrate theories，optimize practices，and construct an adaptive system that suits the times，providing a basis for improving public e-health literacy，optimizing service models，and promoting the development of e-health literacy.
