Research progress on spiritual health of nurses

Abstract

Abstract: As an important component of overall health,spiritual health has an impact on nurses' physical and mental state and nursing quality.This paper reviews and summarizes the related concepts and common evaluation tools of spiritual health,analyzes the influencing factors and related research of nurses' spiritual health at home and abroad,and points out that nursing managers need to pay attention to nurses' spiritual health and give reasonable and scientific preventive measures to help nurses maintain a better spiritual health,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
