Abstract: The myocardial fibrosis refers to the proliferation of cardiac interstitial fibroblasts and the increase of extracellular matrix components, which lead to myocardial stiffness and diastolic dysfunction, and ultimately lead to cardiac pathological changes of cardiac insufficiency. In recent years,miRNA has been found to play a role in myocardial fibrosis and anti-fibrosis. The miRNA can participate in the pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis by regulating the proliferation and apoptosis of fibroblasts and other processes. The paper reviews the research progress and current status of miRNA in myocardial fibrosis in recent years,in order to provide reference for related studies.
