Abstract: Objective To analyze the correlation between CD4+ T lymphocytes, viral load and drug resistance detection results of AIDS patients after antiviral therapy in Heze City in 2022,and provide basis for judging the efficacy of anti-viral therapy of AIDS patients. Methods A total of 1 172 peripheral blood samples from AIDS patients in Heze City after antiviral therapy were collected for CD4+ T lymphocyte count detection. The plasma was separated and tested for viral load(VL) and drug resistance. The data were analyzed. Results After antiviral therapy,787 patients(67.15%) had CD4+ T lymphocytes ≥400 cells/μL and the viral inhibition rate(VL<1 000) reached 92.32%. The composition of CD4+ T cell count in AIDS patients with different viral content was negatively correlated(r=-0 250,P<0.01). The proportion of drug-resistant cases in the failure of antiviral therapy was 44.44%,and the drugs with a higher incidence of resistance were nevirapine(NVP),efavirenz(EFV),emtricitabine(FTC) and lamivudine(3TC). Conclusion In 2022,the proportion of antiviral failure and drug resistance in Heze City is relatively low. The combination of peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocyte detection and viral load detection can better guide the effectiveness of antiviral therapy.
