Abstract: Objective To analyze the research status and trend of ionizing radiation-induced chromosomal aberrations in China from 2011 to 2021,thus providing reference for the further research. Methods Searched CNKI,VIP Chinese periodicals and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform as per conditions, checked and sorted out journal papers, which were summarized via bibliometric methods as well. Results The above three domestic literature search websites collected a total of 130 non-repetitive relevant papers,of which 20 papers for 2011,18 papers for 2012,and no more than 10 papers for each year in 2018-2021.The 130 papers were separately published in 26 academic journals,of which 101 papers(representing 77.69%) were published in 14 core or dual core journals.116 papers(representing 89.23%) were co-authored by two or more authors, with the remaining 14 papers (representing 10.77%) written by a single author. All the papers originated from 71 institutions,of which the occupational disease prevention and control institutions were the most, with a total of 83 papers(representing 63.85%).Hebei Province published the most papers(representing 50.00% in total).36 papers(representing 27.69%) were supported by funds, which came from 26 institutions(representing 36.62%).The content of papers was mainly focused on the dose-effect analysis of chromosome aberration of peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by ionization. Conclusions The number of relevant research papers published is generally declining, the geographical distribution of papers was uneven, and the research content of papers is relatively limited. Therefore,we should strengthen regional academic exchange and cooperation to broaden the depth and breadth of research.
