Research progress of nurses' perception of decent work

Abstract: Decent work perception is a psychological perception of individuals' recognition and satisfaction of their own work value,including the degree of perception of work reward,job position,career development,career recognition and work atmosphere. As the largest occupational group in health institutions,improving nurses' sense of decent work is one of the effective ways to mobilize nurses' working enthusiasm,improve nurses' professional satisfaction and job well-being,and reduce nurses' turnover intention. This article summarized the concept and evaluation tools of nurses' sense of decent work,the status quo and influencing factors of nurses' sense of decent work,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve nurses' sense of physical and mental work,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate effective strategies and improve nurses' sense of decent work.
