Abstract: Objective To master the types and exposure degree of the leading occupational hazards existing in the production process of an electronic component manufacturing enterprise in Tianjin, evaluate whether the current situation of occupational hazard exposure in the working environment of the enterprise meets the requirements for the prevention and control of occupational diseases, and propose targeted improvement measures according to the existing problems. Methods The occupational health survey and occupational hazard factor detection in the enterprise were conducted from August to September 2021,and the comprehensive analysis and evaluation were performed on the exposure level of workers and the occupational health measures taken in combination with the occupational health examination results and other data. Results The main occupational hazard factors of the current project in the enterprise included noise, xylene, isopropanol, acetone, butanone, tin dioxide, cyclohexanone, graphite dust, and resin dust. The detection results of the physical and chemical hazardous factors of the enterprise met the requirements,of which the equivalent sound level of noise for 8 hours was 68.1-84.0 dB(A),and there were noise jobs. The occupational health monitoring data from 2019 to 2021 showed that the number of people with high frequency hearing loss in both ears showed an upward trend. Conclusions The noise is the key point of prevention and control of occupational hazards in an electronic component manufacturing enterprise in Tianjin, and the existing protective measures against noise and dust can significantly reduce the concentration of occupational hazards in the working environment. The occupational health management is relatively complete, and the current evaluation results basically meet the national standards, but the noise protection needs to be further strengthened, and the occupational health inspection should be carried out regularly.
