Research progress on influencing factors and intervention measures of the professional quality of life among nurses

Abstract:

The professional quality of life among nurses refers to the quality of life obtained by nurses in the process of providing nursing services. It is a key indicator for evaluating the professional mental health of nurses and includes three core dimensions:empathy satisfaction,burnout,and secondary traumatic stress. This article reviews the professional quality of life of nurses from four perspectives:related concepts,current domestic and international situations,influencing factors,and intervention strategies,in order to provide reference for improving the physical and mental health of nurses,enhancing professional quality of life,stabilizing the nursing team,and ultimately elevating the overall quality of nursing care.
