Abstract:

With the acceleration of globalization and the continuous evolution of industrial structures，workers worldwide face increasingly complex occupational hazards，and occupational health protection faces unprecedented challenges. This article reviews the occupational health management models of the United Kingdom，the United States，Germany，Finland，Australia，Japan，South Korea，Singapore，and Sweden，and analyzes them from the perspectives of legal systems，regulatory agencies，and key strategies. The results show that these countries have generally established relatively complete laws and regulations and multi-sectoral management mechanisms，attach importance to the occupational health protection of emerging risks and vulnerable groups，and emphasize the shared responsibility of government，enterprises，and workers. China can learn from these international experiences and establish a prevention-oriented，multi-stakeholder occupational health management system to control the prevalence of occupational diseases.
