Results The social support score of rehabilitation physicians in Heilongjiang Province was (38.13±8.89)points,the cognitive flexibility score was (70.02±17.55)points,and the job satisfaction score was (3.57±1.25)points,there were significantly positive correlations between them(r=0.756-0.886,all P<0.01). Social support positively predicted cognitive flexibility, and cognitive flexibility partially mediated the relationship between social support and job satisfaction, accounting for 49.8% of the effect.
