Abstract: Objective To detect and analyze the occupational hazard factors in a concrete production enterprise in Shaanxi Province, provide protective measures for workers' health. Methods According to the correlative national standards and requirements, the occupational hazard factors in a concrete production enterprise in Shaanxi Province were detected and analyzed from July to August in 2020 by means by on-site investigation and sanitary testing methods. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the workplace of a concrete production enterprise in Shaanxi Province were silica dust, noise and power frequency electric field. The content of free silica in the air of the workplace was 15.8%. The time weighted average allowable concentrations of silica dust(total dust) and silica dust(exhaled dust) of auxiliary workers of concrete production line were 1.10 and 0.67 mg/m3 respectively, which the dust exposure level exceeded the occupational health exposure limit. The equivalent sound level of workers exposed to noise for 40 hours was 58.1-84.7 dB(A). The power frequency electric field intensity value was 0.025 58 kV/m. The detection results all met the requirements of occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The exposure noise intensity and power frequency electric field intensity of workers in a concrete production enterprise in Shaanxi Province meet the occupational health requirements, while the dust exposure level of auxiliary workers exceeds the occupational exposure limit,so the effective preventive measures should be taken to control dust.
