Historical evolution and development status of fecal microbia transplantation

Abstract: The fecal microbia transplantation(FMT) is a new technology to treat diseases by reconstructing the intestinal flora of patients. It had developed rapidly in recent years and had shown an important value in the treatment of many diseases. However,the public knows very little about it. We review the historical origin,evolution,and development status of FMT at home and abroad,in order to make more people understand the clinical value of FMT.
