摘要:
本文综述了零时间运动的概念、理论基础及其健康效益,分析了其干预的可接受性和依从性,并指出不足之处与未来展望,结合慢性病患者健康状况的个体差异性,提出构建个性化与精准化运动处方的重要性,提倡技术与多模态干预的深度融合,合理运用人工智能结合可穿戴设备促进患者的主动健康行为。未来还需进一步扩展跨学科合作,为慢性病患者制定个性化和精准化的运动方案提供理论依据和实践参考。
