内蒙-陕西某运煤铁路专用线轨道检维护过程职业病危害现场调查及关键控制点分析

摘要:

目的 了解运煤铁路专用线轨道检维护过程中产生的职业病危害因素分布及接触水平,确定该行业生产过程中的职业病危害关键控制点。方法 2024年3—5月选择内蒙-陕西某运煤铁路专用线轨道检维护过程为调查对象,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测分析等综合研究方法,并对数据进行分析。结果 该运煤铁路专用线轨道检维护过程产生的主要职业病危害因素包括煤尘、矽尘、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘、氮氧化物、苯系物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)、臭氧、二氧化锰、一氧化碳、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、紫外辐射、工频电场、手传振动和噪声。运煤铁路专用线轨道检维护过程工作场所各类化学物质浓度均<50%OELs,合格率为100.0%;工作场所噪声为79.4~107.4 dB(A),合格率为22.2%,接噪岗位8 h等效声级为80.0~101.3 dB(A),合格率为28.6%。结论 专用线轨道检维护过程的关键控制岗位为螺栓工、捣固工、切割工、焊接工、抛光工,关键控制危害因素为噪声。检维护企业应进一步改善高噪声、高毒及高危粉尘作业场所的防护措施,做好个人防护用品的发放及管理,定期开展员工职业健康检查。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the distribution and exposure levels of occupational hazards during track inspection and maintenance of coal transportation railway sidings,and to identify the critical control points of occupational hazards in the production process of this industry. Methods From March to May 2024,the track inspection and maintenance process of a coal transportation railway sidings in Inner Mongolia-Shaanxi was selected as the investigation object. Comprehensive research methods such as occupational health field investigation and occupational health detection analysis were adopted,and the data were analyzed. Results The main occupational hazards generated during the track inspection and maintenance process of the coal transportation railway sidings included coal dust,silica dust,welding fumes,other dusts,nitrogen oxides,benzene compounds(benzene,toluene,xylene),ozone,manganese dioxide,carbon monoxide,ethyl acetate,acetone,ultraviolet radiation,power frequency electric fields,hand-transmitted vibration,and noise. The results showed that the concentrations of all chemical substances in the workplace during the track inspection and maintenance process of the coal transportation railway sidings were all below 50% of the occupational exposure limits(OELs),with a compliance rate of 100.0%.Workplace noise levels ranged from 79.4 to 107.4 dB(A) with a compliance rate of 22.2%,and the 8-hour equivalent noise exposure for noise-exposed positions was 80.0-101.3 dB(A),with a compliance rate of 28.6%. Conclusion The key control positions in the track inspection and maintenance process of the coal transportation railway sidings are bolt workers,tamping workers,cutting workers,welding workers,and polishing workers,with noise being the key control hazard. Inspection and maintenance enterprises should further enhance protective measures in high-noise,high-toxicity,and high-dust workplaces,improve the distribution and management of personal protective equipment,and regularly conduct occupational health examinations for employees.
