心理弹性在公交驾驶员压力知觉与工作投入间的中介作用

Mediating effect of psychological resilience in the relationship between perceived stress and job involvement among bus drivers

摘要: 目的 了解心理弹性在公交驾驶员压力知觉与工作投入间的中介作用。方法 2023年6月,使用方便抽样方法在安徽省某公交集团抽取628名公交驾驶员,进行心理弹性、压力知觉和工作投入量表问卷测试,并对数据进行分析。结果 心理弹性、工作投入和压力知觉量表的总分分别为(30.63±5.22)、(83.07±10.67)和(41.86±9.55)分。公交驾驶员工作投入与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.35,P<0.01),与压力知觉呈负相关(r=-0.31,P<0.01)。心理弹性在压力知觉与工作投入间起部分中介作用(β=-0.325,95%CI:-0.398~-0.258),占总效应的53.85%。结论 公交集团应采取多种干预措施提高公交驾驶员的心理弹性,降低其压力知觉,从而提升公交驾驶员工作投入水平。

Abstract: Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience on the relationship between perceived stress and job involvement in bus drivers. Methods In June 2023,628 bus drivers of a bus company in Anhui Province were selected by convenience sampling method to perform the psychological resilience scale,perceived stress scale and job involvement scale questionnaire tests,and the data were analyzed. Results The total scores of psychological resilience,job involvement and perceived stress scale were (30.63±5.22),(83.07±10.67) and (41.86±9.55)points. Job involvement of bus drivers was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.35,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with perceived stress(r=-0.31,P<0.01). Psychological resilience played a partial mediating role between perceived stress and job involvement(β=-0.325,95%CI:-0.398- -0.258),accounting for 53.85% of the total effect. Conclusion The bus group should take a variety of intervention measures to improve the psychological resilience of bus drivers and reduce their perceived stress,so as to enhance the level of job involvement of bus drivers.
